Support Engineer / Customer Success Associate
Required Skills
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Support Engineer / Customer Success Associate who will assist customers by resolving technical issues and ensuring smooth product usage. This role is ideal for fresh graduates interested in customer interaction, troubleshooting, and gaining hands-on experience with software products.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Issue Resolution
- Respond to customer support tickets and assist in resolving issues within defined service timelines.
- Troubleshoot product-related queries and provide timely resolutions to customers.
- Ensure issues are properly documented and followed through until closure.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
Operational Support
- Assist in configuring new projects or system setups as per defined guidelines.
- Maintain documentation for configurations and common issues for internal reference.
- Learn product features and workflows to better support customers.
Communication & Coordination
- Participate in Daily Stand-up Meetings (DSM) and provide updates on support tickets and open issues.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to resolve customer issues.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Basic understanding of software applications and troubleshooting concepts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze issues and provide logical solutions.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and support tools.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates from Hotel Management, Hospitality, BBA, MBA, or similar customer-facing backgrounds who are tech-savvy and comfortable working with software systems are encouraged to apply. Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving mindset. Internship or academic exposure to customer service, technical support, will be an advantage.
